Velocity Home Lifts had grown quickly from a small operation into one of Sydney's go-to home lift providers, but their online presence hadn't kept up. The old site felt dated, the logo wasn't representing where the business was at, and in general they'd outgrown what they were putting out there. Pixite delivered a refreshed brand and collaborated with photographers and videographers to capture the quality of their product, and I handled the development of the new site.

The big UX challenge was balancing two things. A large portion of their audience is elderly, so information needed to be clear, navigation straightforward, and calls to action obvious. At the same time, a major selling point of their lifts is that they look good in homes. They don't stick out. They sit somewhere in the luxury space while still being competitively priced for the industry, and we wanted the site to sell that quality and refinement without sacrificing usability. Animations were kept simple but elegant, and video content was used throughout to showcase the experience they offer with their installations.

The end result is a site that feels premium and instils confidence, whether someone is browsing for themselves or looking into options for a family member.
